Highly Recommended Gear:

  • Trail running shoes (not summer mesh unless you hate your toes)
  • Grips, either built into shoes or micro-spikes that go over them.
  • Gaiters (low gaiters work)
  • Thin Layers: remember that wool wins and cotton kills.
  • Hydration and Fuel
