On Saturday, July 15th, run or hike 28-km, 54-km, or 66-km in the spectacular Mount Assiniboine Park. There are no cut-offs and no podiums. Just miles and smiles.


  • The 28-km route is an out-and-back to Marvel Lake with 500 metres of gain. This is a good route for every pace of hiker and runner.


  • The 54-km route is a loop through Wonder Pass and Assiniboine Pass with 1650 metres of gain. You must be a fast hiker or a moderate runner for this distance.


  • The 66-km route is for moderate to fast paced runners only, following the same 54-km loop with an elevation challenge, and summiting Mount Nub for an additional 12-km and extra 600 metres of gain.


The adventure fee of $50 per person includes a beer or soda, a meal, and a medal.
