Sometimes, things don't go according to plan. We want to hear about that, too. Here are some guidelines to make sure that issues are resolved quickly and respectfully:
Any issue with the race or participants will be directed in-person or by email to Race Management in a timely manner. Informal concerns or complaints may be made with any member of the race management team in-person or by email. Formal protests must be made directly and only to the Race Director. In the case of unclear or contested infractions, the Race Director may investigate the matter and collect information from racer data, volunteers, racers and officials. The final decision will be made fairly and without bias at the discretion of the Race Director.
