  2. What does the sign-up fee go toward?  Club fees go toward campfire and drink/snack costs.  For those with health wellness accounts, you can get refunded for the activity depending on your organization's benefits policy.  If cost is a barrier, simply choose the "guest" option when signing up and put "Fee Waiver Request" in the comments box.  No proof of need required.
  3. Do I have to sign up for the whole month?  You can sign up for weekly sessions, and you can bring a guest for free!
  4. What if I'm signed up for the month and I miss a week?  Show up whenever you want.  We've kept the costs as reasonable as possible so that you can be flexible.
  5. What if I want to bring someone who's never been to ETC?  Every monthly club participant may bring a friend for free to try out the club.  You can invite as many friends as you want, one free session per friend.
  6. Can I attend different packs?  Yes, you can hike or run with any pack on any given week.  All packs meet at the same location and time every week.
