- Trail shoes/boots are best for traction - no slip-on sandals or converse sneakers.
- Dress to breathe and move - no jeans or cotton.
- Be hands free! If you bring water or a phone, wear a backpack, hydration pack, fanny belt, or pocket.

TUESDAY CLUB FAQs
- When are the Clubs? Every Tuesday evening @ 6:30pm, rain snow or shine.
- What does the sign-up fee go toward? Club fees go toward campfire and drink/snack costs. For those with health wellness accounts, you can get refunded for the activity depending on your organization's benefits policy. If cost is a barrier, simply choose the "guest" option when signing up and put "Fee Waiver Request" in the comments box. No proof of need required.
- Do I have to sign up for the whole month? You can sign up for weekly sessions, and you can bring a guest for free!
- What if I'm signed up for the month and I miss a week? Show up whenever you want. We've kept the costs as reasonable as possible so that you can be flexible.
- What if I want to bring someone who's never been to ETC? Every monthly club participant may bring a friend for free to try out the club. You can invite as many friends as you want, one free session per friend.
- Can I attend different packs? Yes, you can hike or run with any pack on any given week. All packs meet at the same location and time every week.
- Can my kids attend? Yes! This is a family friendly club! Kids under 12 are free.
